Privacy notice
This page describes what happens to information you send us through this website. It is placeholder text and must be replaced with a reviewed notice before launch.
Status of this page
TODO(legal): this is a structural placeholder, not legal advice and not a published privacy notice. It must be drafted and approved by a qualified adviser, covering the lawful basis for processing, retention periods, international transfers and the rights available in each jurisdiction where Marryly operates, before this site goes live.
What this site collects
This website has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. The only information it collects is what you type into one of the two forms and send to us.
Analytics events, when enabled, record which page or section an action happened on. They never include names, email addresses, phone numbers or anything you typed into a form — that restriction is enforced in the code, not only in policy.
Consultation requests and applications
Form submissions go to our internal systems and are read by the Marryly team. Client details are not shared with candidates, and candidate details are not published, made searchable, or shared with clients without the candidate's agreement.
TODO(legal): retention periods, processors, and international transfer basis.
Asking us to remove your details
You can ask us to delete what you have sent us at any time, and we will confirm when it is done. TODO(legal): the exact request route, identity verification step and response time.
