How the work is divided
A search involves several people. This page explains who does what, so you know whose judgement is behind each part of it.
Roles

Matchmakers
Each client works with one matchmaker throughout. They run the consultation, hold the brief, and are the person you speak to about any introduction.

Regional leads
Each region has a lead responsible for the local network, the standard of vetting there, and the accuracy of what this site says about that region.

Local search teams
The people who meet candidates in person. Vetting is done where the candidate lives, not remotely.

Client advisory
Relationship guidance for both people after an introduction. TODO(content): confirm scope and duration with the advisory lead.
Named team members
TODO(content): individual team profiles with portraits, once names, roles and photograph permissions are confirmed. Until then this page describes the structure rather than inventing people to fill it.
